Outlook Express Address Book Import Tool

I have a copy of a .pab file I used with Microsoft
Exchange. Access to MS Exchange is no longer available
to me. I want to import this .pab file to my .WAB file I
now use with Outlook Express. When I use the Address
Book Import Tool I can select to import the .pab file but
I am not given any opportunity to direct the Import Tool
to the folder where the .pab is stored. Which folder
does the Import Tool access to extract files for import?
