OUTLOOK EXPRESS ADDRESSES

I recently upgraded from Millenium to Microsoft XP. I
had a large address book. In the process of upgrading to
XP, I lost all the addresses in Outlook. Is there some
way I can retrieve them or is my only option to re-enter
all the addresses?
