Outlook Express Addresses

Hi I have addresses set up in Outlook Express and I am now
changing to use Outlook (the fully blown version). Is
there an easy way to get my addresses from Outlook Express
to Microsoft Outlook or do I have to set them up again?

Many thanks in advance.

In Outlook, click File>Import and Export>Import Internet Mail and
Addresses>Next. Select Outlook Express 4.x, 5.x, 6.x and uncheck all but
the "Import Address book" box. Click Next. Select the duplicate handling
you want and click Finish.

To keep the modified dates of your mail, Export mail fom OE to OL. otherwise
modified date will be changed to the import date. This may be important to
you.

Yes, but the OP's question quite clearly was about addresses only. That's
why I didn't mention messages.

Just to correct a misaprehension - Outlook is NOT a "fully blown" version of
Outlook Express - the two are totally different programs!
