Outlook express and sp3 email problem

Hi,
I installed sp3 and now i have lost all my account email settings and email.
In fact I acnnot find OE under programs now !

My wife's settings are still intact (different user)

Plse advise.

SP3 of what? Windows XP, Windows 2000, Office XP, Office 2003, other...?
