Outlook Express attachment removal

Everytime i get sent an email with an attachment Outlook
is automatically 'cleaning' the attchment and removing it -
even though i know it is clean...can i 'switch' this off
and of so, how?

Read the error message. Outlook Epress is NOT "removing" the attachment, it
is "denying access to" - a totally different thing.

Try Tools-Options-Security.
