Outlook Express blocking pdf attachments

Any suggestions on how to prevent OE from blocking pdf
attachements? Word and Excel attachments open without a
problem, but the pdf files are being blocked.

Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> option Do not allow attachments...

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.
