Outlook Express Completely Hung Up

I received a post from [email protected] and this has completely locked up
my Outlook Express. I cannot open the message or remove it or use Outlook
Express....I have tried to remove with usual spyware etc...is best thing to
completely remove Oulook Express then reinstall??? Help gratefully received

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
