Outlook express deletes all attachment to my file

I can not view any attachaments that come with my email.
I think there is a parameter that needs to be set. Please
help.

Next time, try posting in an Outlook Express news group -
this group is for the support of Outlook from Microsoft
Office. Outlook Express belongs to Internet Explorer and
bears little relation to Outlook.

Having said all that, look under Tools->Options->Security
tab.
