I'm trying to help my parents from afar. I sent them an e-
mail with attachments and when they try to open it, they
get a message that says something about OEM has deleted
the attachments and then there is a lock symbol next to
the e-mail item. I believe they have Windows XP. What
needs to be done, and how can I unlock the e-mail when the
problem is fixed.
