outlook express e-mail problem

When I reply to an e-mail, it comes up minimized on the
task bar and I have to maximize it. Is this normal?? ..
cause its a pain! As I recall when first installed, the
reply would default as maximized. Is this a bug or is
there an option in Outlook Express somewhere to change it
so the reply is always maximized...like it is in Outlook.
