Outlook Express for I.E 7

Is there a download for Express?
I recently upgraded from I.E 6.0 to 7.0 and no longer have access to my
previous Express. I have searched all over for a download with no luck. My
wife prefers Express and I like Outlook. Ideas or suggestions?

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
