Hello,
I have a problem with my Outlook Express 5.0.2 and 5.0.6
When I receive a new e-mail message it is highlighted in bold as I have
selected in the preferences window. When I click on any new message I can
view and read it and download any attachments but once I click onto any
other folder such as "Outbox", "Sent Items" the message automatically
deletes. I can not find the e-mail anywhere. At first I thought I had
deleted it by accident but then there is not file put into the "Deleted
Items" folder.
Would you know what causes this problem?
I've down-loaded a newer version from the web and I still have that problem.
I've checked the preferences and everything looks in order.
I've rebuilt my Mac OS 9 desktop and still no good
Please help in any way, maybe I should go to Netscape?
