Outlook Express Forwards

Why is my OE deleting all my forwards? About 3 months it
began removing what it calls "unsafe" forwards and
attachments that I KNOW are okay. Can I make it quit?

Tools>Options>Security Tab> Uncheck "do not allow attachments to be
opened................."
