outlook express gone?

Outlook express locks up every time I try to open e-mail. I have tried
everthing. I talked to a tech support person at Microsoft but they could not
hlep. I tried to reinstall Internet explorer but since I installed sp2 for XP
my XP cd says that the windows version is newer then the cd version.
If anyone can suggest anything please let my know.

Everything? How about reformatting your disk and installing Windows afresh?

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.
