Outlook Express Help

How come when i receive any e-mail on outlook express i
get the message "OE has removed the file" when i know the
file is not harmfull. it happens when ever someone sends
me and e-mail to my ameritch.net e-mail address when i
check it on OutLook Express. Can u please tell me how to
stop OE from removing file attachments and stuff like that
please
