Outlook Express import from external drive

I bought a new computer and I attached the drive from the old computer as an
external drive. How do I identify and import my old address book, folders
and left over mail?

This newsgroup is for support of Outlook
97/98/2000/2002/2003/2007 from the Office suite of products. Outlook
Express is actually a separate program despite the similar name.
