Outlook express "Kernel error" msimn

Hi

Nearly everytime I close Outlook express I get the above
error. The only way I can do anything after this is to
turn the P.C off totally and turn back on again & re
login. Also sometimes when I click to reply to an email,
outlook hangs and the only way is to close Outlook and
then re open! It's driving me completely crazy!
Any ideas? I have Internet Explorer V6.
