Outlook Express - large mailout

This might be a stupid question, but I want to mail a html mailout to 1000
friends, family and clients. Does Outlook Express do that? If not, is there
an extension I need to be able to do this?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.

(Your ISP will undoubtably prevent you from doing this and may, in fact,
terminate your account if you do. Read your ISPs T&Cs.)
