I sent a question earlier about Outlook Express
and was told to go to an Outlook Express Newsgroup.

I don't see one.

Can you tell me where it can be found?

Look over on the left and click "Internet Technologies". Select the version
of Internet Explorer you're using. You'll find the link to the proper
Outlook Express version under that.
