outlook express no html displayed

I cannot find a way to get Outlook Express (v6) to display html or pictures
or special formatting in certain emails received - instead I just get all the
picture/formatting codes in longhand, and I HAVE scrawled through all the
knowledge bases and previous postings - and I've unchecked "Read all messages
in plain text" AND verified all the Custom settings under the Security tab of
InternetOptions in Internet Explorer, and checked my spam settings, etc ...
am ready to give up, help!

Hi Steve,
When you say "in certain E-mails received", does that mean in others you do
get them right? If so, wouldn't it be worth to look for the Problem also at
the
Senders End?

How to do this in Outlook 2000 SP-3. My ISP won't help me with
persistentspam from the same sender unless I send the HTML that accompanies
the spam.

Contact the ISP and direct them to the SPAM as it resides on their
server BEFORE you download it.
