Outlook Express Printing Problem

Can any one tell me how to solve this printing problem:
Previously my email are able to print out outlook express
message,attachment document,ms word and other document as
well. However, the problem came out yesterday,when i print
out the outlook express, the content of the message was
print in a vertical line at the centre of the page. But
when I try to print out attachment document and other word
or excel document, all print out correctly except the
outlook express message content.

I need your help urgently...pls..
