outlook Express Prob

When I use OLE 6 and spell check it checks in french only when I try to
change it to english I don't have any other option except for French
(France) ...any suggestions?

Meanwhile

Office 2007 breaks OE's spell check. Downloading a free spell check is the
simplest way around this.
