Outlook Express Problem, "unsafe attachments"

when receiving email with attachments I often get the
message as follows "OE removed access to the following
unsafe attacments (name)". I cannot view the attachment
nor the message with the attachments. I can not find a
solution or reference to the problem.

How about zipping the attachments, or just altering the file
extension. The recipient must then unzip, or change the extension
back.
