Outlook Express problem

Can someone help me with this problem? I am using Outlook Express. I am
using 2 identities. My main identity won't let me sent emails, but can
receive email. My second identity can send/receive with no problem. I call
my service provider and they tried to help me but with no luck. Any help
would be appreciated.

Outlook Express is not a part of MS Office. Ask your
question here:
