Outlook Express Problem

Uninstalled Visio Professional 2002. Now every time I try
to send an Email out of Outlook Express 6 A window pops up:

Windows Installer

The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other
removable disk that is no Available

Insert the Microsoft Visio Professional 2002

Need Help in trying to clear this problem.
