Outlook Express Problems

1. Spell checker returns an error.
2. Illegal Memory Reference when exiting.
I have recently upgraded to XP. To try and resolve these
two issues, I have reinstalled XP again as per the
Microsoft advice - No joy. When I try to uninstall
Outlook Express, XP puts it all back in again. Has
anybody come across this before?
