Outlook Express Question

I used to could click on an url, which is in blue, and it would go
immediately to that web site. Let me explain: If I get an e-mail message
from someone and they put in the message the address of a web site......and
I click on the address, the window will come-up and the cursor changes to
the hourglass but it won't go to that site....spinning it's wheels. What
gives? I used to be able to click on an embedded url in an email message
and it would go to that site.

Only changes I've made lately is to upgrade Win98 to Win98SE.

Is there a parameter to be set for that?

Thanks.

A very tacky uncalled for reply, Joseph.

Sorry. This is a newsgroup dedicated to questions about Access, the
database program in Office Professional. It appears your question may not
be related to these subjects. The Microsoft help system is not all that
clear and may have misdirected you here.

It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the
subject of your question. You should find people better able to address
your problem there.

Note: It is always best to indicate the name and version of any
program(s) you may be using when asking a question and also indicate the
operating system (like Windows XP or 98) when you ask a question.

Sorry, I don't follow you. It seems to me that Joseph gave you good
advice. I know I don't know the answer to your question, either. The
odds of your finding someone who knows the answer in an Access newsgroup
are much less than they would be if you asked it in a newsgroup devoted
to Outlook Express.

A very hasty and ill-thought reply, Wade.

Please reread Joseph's polite, clear response.

Coming into a Microsoft Access newsgroup and asking questions about
Outlook Express is like walking into a bicycle shop and asking about
fresh garden produce. They are different programs.
