Outlook Express Send Error

My business software creates messages to customers. It creates an e mail
which I send. It worked well for months, but recently, just hangs with the
messsage on the screen. This does not always happen, but usually. Regular e
mails work fine.

When I kill the hung mesage, I get an error: Code Me.MAPIMAGES. Send TRUE

Any idea how to fix this?
