outlook express spell checker not working, any solutions?

Our spell checker has never work in outlook express. Are there any solutions
to fix this? The language is set to english, so that is not it. I did the
whole select english again even thought it was already selected and that did
not work.

Outlook Express does not have a spell checker, so that might explain why
it has never worked.
