Outlook Express to Outlook 2003 Migration

I recently updated my fiancee's PC from Windows 98 and Outlook Express 6 to
Windows XP Home Edition and Outlook 2003. Now she wants her Outlook Express
E-mails and Personal Folder contained E-mails transferred to Outlook 2003.
Can this be accomplished at this point or am I in big trouble?

are they accessible from OE right now? if so, from OE, use file, export.

for instructions on how to connect them to OE so you can export.
