Outlook Express to Outlook 2003

Getting a new computer with XP and Outlook 2003. I now have Win 98 with
Outlook Express.

How can I get my address book from OE to Outlook?

Copy the wab to the new machine.
Set Outlook Express to use it.
File | Import | Address Book, and choose the .wab file.

Then in Outlook, choose File | Import and Export | Import Internet Mail and
Addresses.

Export to a .csv - copy .csv file to new computer.
Outlook->File->Import->...->.csv
