Ive never had any problems using Outlook Express to
download and browse my e-mail and newsletters until I
downloaded and installed the newest Windows XP Service
Pack 2
After installing this update several things changed; the
most notable being my e-mail. Previously I had enjoyed
most of my e-mail in HTML picture forms. Now the e-mails
comes down but with blank squares and big red Xs. In this
form it is unreadable. Please help
How do I restore my e-mail's HTML pictures without
compromissing the purpose of the Windows XP Service Pack
2 install which is to protect my system from viruses and
spyware?
please be patient. if this is the wrong forum for this
message please kindly direct me to the appropriate place
to post my requests.
