Outlook Express will not send

I just installed SP2. OE/6 will no longer send most of the time. At first
it was only to the UK that did not work, now, the tests I have run localy
did not send either. I'll be lucky if this gets through. I have done
everything I have been told to do by both peoplpc.com and in the help
section. Can I re-install OE/6? Thank you

to the group and all please do not install the Windows XP SP 2 yet.

If you really want to please check hardware and software drivers update and
make sure computer is free from spyware and adware before installation.
