When trying to access Outlook Express (any version) on a WinXP machine, it
does not launch. All that is heard is a "system beep". We have a web page
that automatically launches Outlook Express when selecting the link. This
works fine through Netscape but not Internet Explorer. I've already
reinstalled IE 6 SP1 with Outlook Express and installing Outlook Express
separately. I've copied the .exe file of Outlook Express from another
machine and had the same result.
