Hi,

I recently, because of a horrendous virus, had to have my Windows XP
reinstalled. I'm now able to send/receive emails but my address book has
disappeared. Can anyone tell me how I can retrieve it please?

Outlook is a completely different program to Outlook Express, you need to
post to an Express group,
However depending what exactly you mean by reinstall winxp, you may well
have lost all old data
