reply in Outlook Express?

Use Rules.
However, the rules will amswer ALL SPAM, which will in turn generate MORE
spam, which will generate MORE replies etc etc ad infinitum until your mail
box (very quickly) fills up.
It also advertises that your house is available to burgle.
