Outlook express

I can send mail from outlook express
But if i send to Oe it doesnot recive it
I have checked all my settings over
i have not yet removed it (but its looking like i should
Iv no changes to this pc
only one changed is we had networking and sharing
but since my otherhalfs pc blow up i dont have that
I have not removed that yet //should i try that?
Iam wondering what it could be
iam using windows Me mel,add
hopes that makes sence

this is an outlook group, outlook express is different and is part of
internet explorer.
