Outlook Express keeps on deleting attachments to my
emails stating "OE removed attachments to the following
unsafe attachments in your mail" - this happens even
with "safe" attachments that I have sent from other PCs.
How do I stop this?

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup. (Hint: Tools>Options>Security)
