Problem with formatting merged fields

I have changed from using a POP account to a HTTP account on my Outlook
Express (2002). I am encountering two problems.

1. The “local†folder still exists which is OK but it continually opens
“-“and I cannot get it to remain closed even though it is not the default
account. I would like the “local†to remain closed “+†until I decide to use
it. Also the “local†folder cannot be changed by right clicking on it but
you I can change the new folder by right clicking on it. How can I change
these properties?

2. Next my “sent†folder on my new server lists the “from†instead of the
“to†which does not make any sense all of the emails sent are from the same
person me. I cannot figure how to change the “from†to “to†even though the
real internet account shows the correct “to†on the web.
