Hello..

Lately in order for mail to be sent in my outbox .. I have to reboot the
computer before the out mail will be sent.
Does any one know how I might fix this? or what is the problem?

This newsgroup discusses Outlook, not Outlook EXPRESS.

It looks like you will need to check "Send messages immediately". To do
this, click on TOOLS, Options,

On the SEND tab, there is an item to check this.
