Outlook Express

I uninstalled outlook express from my win2k machine and
now both my 10/100 NIC and wireless NIC cannot obtain an
IP address. I have reinstalled the NIC drivers for each
and also reinstalled TCP/IP. It didn't work. Any ideas?
