Outlook Express

Hi, I am upgrading my computer and would like to transfer
the Outlook Express folders (address book, InBox, Sent
Items...) from mu old computer to my new computer. I would
appreciate help as to the best (easiest) way to do this?

Better addressed to an OE newsgroup as OE is not part of Office, but of
Windows/IE.
