Outlook Express

Suddenly I am unable to delete mesages form my inbox in
Outlook Erxpress. When I try to delete a message, a copy
is sent to Delete Folder and a copy is left in Inbox.
Please help. This is a problem I am having in Outlook
Express after using this program for the last 12 months.
