My friend whom is using Outlook Express with Windows 98.
When they double click on Outlook Express it turns the
monitor Black and than has to start the computer up
again! Does anyone have any ideas of how to fix it?

Do you have all the updates for outlook installed? What
Virus package are you running? Have you checked for a
Virus or malware? Do you have web email? Can you
check/remove email from the web? (corrupt message in in
box) Have you tried to repair outlook from the
add/remove programs icon in the control pannel? Are you
running anything like goback?
