You really need to direct suach a question to an Outlook Express group.
This one is about developing MS Access database!
That said, since I know one method, here it is.
File - Export - Address book (pick a format that is compatible with your new
software - you have to use the help to figure that out although most can
handle common formats proposed)
Then simply import into your new softwar
