OUTLOOK FATAL ERROR when trying to change account on send

hello!

i have 3 accounts in outlook to send/receive messages. my
personal is my default - but today when i tried to send
through my business account - an error message popped up
that read
"unable to complete the operation. a fatal error has
occured in outlook"

uh - hellllo!? am i totally screwed??

help!!
