Outlook favorite folders empty

After I reboot my pc, my favorite folders file in Outlook is empty. Any idea
what might be causing this? I'm forced to move folders into that file each
time...a royal pain!

The nave pane config file is corrupt. Restart outlook using the
/resetnavpane switch.
