After closing and reopening Outlook 2003, my Favorite Folder had added
Calendars that I didn't know I had, Contacts, and other mail folders that I
don't want there. I can right-click to remove the unwanted mail folders, but
when right-clicking on the unwanted calendar and contacts folders, there is
no option on the short-cut menu to remove them from the favorite pane, only
to delete to recycle bin.
