Outlook file data transfer

I have a new laptop and want to transfer my Outlook file
data to the new computer. How do I do that?

Make a networkconnection to the laptop and copy the pst-file? Or burn a CD
and copy the file back to the harddisk on te laptop. Make sure that the file
property is not set "read only" once it's copied back to the laptop.
