OUTLOOK files in Vista

How do I locate OUTLOOK 2007 files in Vista? My computer (OFFICE 2007) is
6 months old, after perfroming an online system update, OUTLOOK will no
longer function - will not launch... How do I locate the wab and/or csv
files ?

You don't because there aren't any associated with Outlook/part of outlook
Use your Office cd/dvd to run Diagnostics
